# Buy Tickets — Vihaya Events

> Browse live events across India and buy tickets via UPI in seconds.

## How to buy

1. Open https://events.vihaya.app/buy-tickets and search by city, category, or keyword.
2. Pick an event and ticket tier (early-bird, GA, VIP, etc.).
3. Enter attendee details (the organizer may add custom questions).
4. Pay via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), card, net banking, or wallet.
5. Receive your QR-coded ticket by email instantly. Show it at the gate.

## At the venue

Open your ticket email, present the QR code at the entrance. Staff scan it with the Vihaya check-in app. Check-in completes in under a second.

## Refunds

Refund policy is set by the event organizer and shown on the event page. If a refund is approved, Razorpay reverses the payment to the original method (5–10 days for cards, 1–3 days for UPI).
