Create Your Account

Sign up for a free Vihaya Events account. No credit card required, no hidden fees.

Step 2

Create Your Event

Fill in your event details including title, description, date, venue, and ticket information. Our AI assistant can help you craft compelling event descriptions.

  • Add event title and description
  • Set date, time, and venue
  • Upload event banner image
  • Configure ticket tiers and pricing
  • Set registration limits
Step 3

Set Up Payments (Optional)

If you're selling tickets, connect your Razorpay account to accept payments securely. For free events, you can skip this step.

  • Create a Razorpay account (if you don't have one)
  • Add your Razorpay API keys in settings
  • Configure payout bank account details
Step 4

Publish & Share

Review your event and publish it. Share the event link with your audience through social media, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Publish when ready
  • Copy and share your event link
  • Track registrations in real-time

Manage & Analyze

Use the dashboard to manage registrations, view analytics, and communicate with attendees.

  • View registration list and attendee details
  • Export data to CSV

  • Send updates to registered attendees
