## For organizers

- **How do I sign up?** Visit https://events.vihaya.app/signup and create an account with email or Google.
- **How do I create my first event?** See https://events.vihaya.app/getting-started.md — takes under 2 minutes.
- **How do refunds work?** Open the dashboard → registrations → select attendee → "Refund". Razorpay reverses the payment.
- **How are payouts scheduled?** T+2 working days from each ticket sale, settled by Razorpay.
- **How do I run check-in?** Download the Vihaya Events app on the Play Store, log in, open your event, and scan QR codes.

## For attendees

- **Where is my ticket?** Check your email inbox/spam for the QR-coded ticket sent immediately after payment.
- **Can I get a refund?** Refund policy is set by the event organizer and shown on the event page.
- **How do I show my ticket at the gate?** Open the email and present the QR code on your phone. Staff scan it.

## Pricing

- Free events: ₹0 platform fee.
- Paid events: 1.9–4.9% platform fee + Razorpay ~2% + GST. No monthly subscription.
