1. Event Cancellation by User
Cancellation requests must be initiated by the user through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Refund Eligibility: Eligibility for a refund depends on the specific policy set by the event organizer. Please check the event details page for the specific cancellation policy.
- Standard Policy (if not specified): If no specific policy is mentioned by the organizer:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: 100% refund (minus platform processing fees).
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: No refund.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
- You will typically receive a full refund of the ticket price.
- Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Processing Fees
Please note that platform fees and payment gateway charges (e.g., razorpay fees) are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
