## How it works

1. **Create the event** — sign up at https://events.vihaya.app/signup, click "Create Event", fill in title/date/venue/description (or paste it and let the AI form builder seed fields).
2. **Configure ticket tiers** — unlimited tiers with independent capacity, sale start/end dates, and pricing. Common: early-bird, GA, VIP, fan-pit, table booking, group bundles.
3. **Share the public link** — Vihaya generates a branded event page + short link. Promote on Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, or embed.
4. **Attendees pay via UPI** — one-tap PhonePe/Google Pay/Paytm/BHIM, or card/netbanking/wallet via Razorpay. QR tickets emailed instantly.
5. **Scan at the gate** — open the Vihaya check-in app, scan QR codes, attendees marked in under a second. Works offline.
6. **Get paid in T+2 working days** — Razorpay settles to your bank.

## Pricing

- Free events: ₹0 platform fee
- Paid events: 1.9–4.9% platform fee (tier-based) + Razorpay ~2% + GST
- No monthly subscription
