Vihaya Events was born from a simple observation: organising events shouldn't be expensive or complicated. As students and event organisers ourselves, we experienced firsthand the challenges of managing hackathons, workshops, and campus events with limited budgets and complex tools.
We built Vihaya Events to solve this problem. By leveraging AI and modern technology, we created a platform that's affordable and more powerful than expensive alternatives. Our platform handles everything from registration to analytics — free for free events and just 1.9–4.9% on paid tickets, with no monthly fees.
