Empowering Communities Through Events
We're on a mission to make event management accessible, affordable, and AI-powered for everyone.
Our Mission
To democratize event management by providing free, AI-powered tools that help communities create amazing experiences.
Our Vision
A world where every college club, student organisation, and community can effortlessly organise impactful events.
Our Values
Accessibility, innovation, community-first approach, and transparent low-fee pricing. We believe in empowering organisers, not gouging them.
Our Story
Vihaya Events was born from a simple observation: organising events shouldn't be expensive or complicated. As students and event organisers ourselves, we experienced firsthand the challenges of managing hackathons, workshops, and campus events with limited budgets and complex tools.
We built Vihaya Events to solve this problem. By leveraging AI and modern technology, we created a platform that's affordable and more powerful than expensive alternatives. Our platform handles everything from registration to analytics — free for free events and just 1.75–4.5% on paid tickets, with no monthly fees.
Today we serve college societies, student bodies and community organisers across India, helping them create memorable events without breaking the bank.
