Tickets are automatically sent by email immediately after successful registration. Each ticket contains a unique QR code for check-in. Attendees can also view and download tickets from their Vihaya account dashboard or forward the email to other devices.

Refund policy is set by the event organizer during event creation. Refunds are processed through the Razorpay dashboard directly to the attendee original payment method. Vihaya Events does not charge refund fees. Razorpay may retain its original gateway fee per their terms.

Payouts follow the Razorpay settlement cycle, typically T+3 days after each successful transaction. Funds are deposited directly to the organizer bank account linked during Razorpay onboarding. Settlement speed can be adjusted through Razorpay for higher-volume organizers.

Yes. Vihaya Events supports up to 10 ticket tiers per event with independent pricing, quantity limits, and benefit descriptions. Common tier structures include Early Bird, Regular, Student, VIP, and Group. Tiers can be scheduled to open and close on specific dates.
