Vihaya Events accepts unlimited registrations per event and unlimited events per organiser account. Organisers can set a manual capacity cap per event or per ticket tier when needed. Free and paid events have identical unlimited capacity by default.

Refund policy is set by the event organiser during event creation. Refunds are processed through the Razorpay dashboard directly to the attendee's original payment method. Vihaya Events does not charge refund fees. Razorpay may retain its original gateway fee per their terms.

Yes. Vihaya Events supports up to 10 ticket tiers per event with independent pricing, quantity limits, and benefit descriptions. Common tier structures include Early Bird, Regular, Student, VIP, and Group. Tiers can be scheduled to open and close on specific dates.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest in managed databases. Payment data is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Vihaya Events never stores full card numbers or CVVs, and attendee data is never sold.
