Creating an event is simple! Sign up for a free account, click "Create Event" from your dashboard, fill in your event details (title, description, date, venue), configure tickets if needed, and publish. Check our Getting Started guide for detailed steps.

Yes! You can create both free and paid events. For free events, attendees register at no cost. For paid events, you can set up multiple ticket tiers with different pricing.

There's no limit! You can accept unlimited registrations. You can also set a maximum capacity for your event if needed.

Yes! You can add custom fields to collect specific information from attendees like dietary preferences, T-shirt sizes, or any other details you need.

Tickets are automatically sent via email immediately after successful registration. Attendees can also access their tickets from their Vihaya account dashboard.

You need to connect your Razorpay account in the settings. Once connected, you can create paid events and accept payments securely. Funds are directly deposited to your bank account.

Through Razorpay integration, we support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All major payment methods in India are covered.

No! Vihaya Events charges ZERO platform fees. You only pay the standard Razorpay payment gateway fees (typically 2% + GST for domestic transactions).

Refund policies are set by event organizers. You can configure your refund policy when creating an event. Refunds can be processed through your Razorpay dashboard.

Payouts are handled by Razorpay based on your settlement cycle (typically T+3 days). Funds are directly deposited to your registered bank account.
