Vihaya Events is an Indian ticketing platform for New Year's Eve parties, club nights and gala dinners. Free events pay nothing; paid tickets carry a 1.75–4.5% platform fee set by event size, with the payment gateway fee separate. Add the venue, the date, the poster and your entry rules, such as "18+ only, valid ID at the gate". Every buyer has to accept the rules before they pay.
Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Last Minute, each with its own price, end date and seat cap. When a phase ends or sells out the next price takes over by itself.
Stag, ladies, couple, VIP, table. A couple pass can be one purchase that takes two seats, and a table can be a group package of six or eight for one price.
Share the link on Instagram and WhatsApp with a proper poster preview, give each promoter a code, and add a Book button to your own website.
Set a sale end on each pass, for example 8 PM on 31 December, so the guest list is final before the doors open.
Give door staff the scanner role on their own phones. Each QR works once, refunded tickets are refused, and the desk shows the live count of who is in.
Named phases with their own price, deadline and seat cap. The price moves up automatically, so nobody has to edit tickets at midnight.
Separate passes with their own price and capacity. Couple and table packages take two or more seats in one purchase, with names for each guest if you want them.

Age limit, dress code and ID rules shown before payment and accepted by every buyer. Add a date of birth field or an ID upload if your venue needs it.
