Sell event tickets on a Framer, Wix, Squarespace or Carrd site
Last updated
To sell tickets from Framer, Wix, Squarespace, Carrd or Google Sites, add a button that links to your Vihaya Events event page. Buyers pay there by UPI or card and get a QR ticket by email. It works on every builder and needs no code or payment gateway account.
Key facts
- Every Vihaya event has a public page at events.vihaya.app/events/{slug}.
- A button link works on Framer, Wix, Squarespace, Carrd, Google Sites and any other builder.
- Buyers pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
- Every confirmed booking gets a QR ticket by email.
- Organisers withdraw by UPI; it lands in about two working days.
Step by step
- 1
Create your event on Vihaya Events
Sign up, verify your email and create the event. Set the price, tiers and seats, then publish it.
- 2
Copy the event link
Your event’s public page is events.vihaya.app/events/ followed by its short name. Copy it from the dashboard.
- 3
Add a button to your site
In Framer, Wix, Squarespace or Carrd, add a button such as “Book tickets” and set its link to the event page.
- 4
Want the form on your own page?
If your builder runs custom scripts directly on the page, the Webflow snippet works there too. Builders that run custom code inside a sandboxed frame are better served by the button.
Questions
Can I embed the Vihaya event page in an iframe?
The event page itself cannot be framed, but the checkout can. Paste the embed code from Share & embed → Embed checkout and buyers pay inside your page, or in a small window if the browser blocks it there. On builders that run custom code in a sandboxed frame, use the button link.
Will buyers see my branding?
Your website keeps its own branding, and the Vihaya event page shows your event’s banner, title, description and ticket tiers. For a fully branded checkout on your own domain, build the form with the API instead.
How do I check people in at the event?
Every ticket carries a QR code. Organisers scan it at the entrance from any phone in the Vihaya Events dashboard, with no extra app or hardware. Team bookings get one ticket per member.
Can I run free events this way?
Yes. Free events cost nothing on Vihaya Events, with unlimited attendees. Buyers register on the event page and still get a QR ticket by email, exactly like a paid booking, and organisers scan it at the gate.
What does it cost?
Free events cost nothing. Paid tickets carry a 1.75–4.5% Vihaya platform fee plus Razorpay's 3% gateway charge. The rate is fixed when the event is created and larger events get a lower rate. There is no monthly fee and API access is free.
